I Tried

I really did want Microsoft's update blogging tool to do what I needed it to do.  It IS an improvement, but Live Writer isn't quite what I needed.  True, it does acccomodate the new "label" functionality on Blogger, but it's quirky in the way it deals with a number of other, common, writing and editing operations.  So, for now, I'm sticking with Qumana.  It, like Live Writer, is free.  And I'm used to how it operates.
