A Bonus Is A Bonus

No matter what you call it. No matter how you massage it. They're still handing out money to top bosses in the financial sector. I understand the need to keep top producers, but where are they going to go if they actually leave? It's not like there's a bazillion other great jobs in that area sitting open!
