Energy Costs

Note that I'm the guy who just got the highest electric bill he's EVER received, and this in the house that does not have a pool to keep circulating!  I can only imagine what next month will bring, since we're locked in a two week cycle of 100 degree highs. HELP!  And, for those in the cold parts of the country, a potential bit of help for heating this winter is in trouble.
