Sidestep THIS One

It's going to be tough for the Administration to tapdance away from this new allegation.  Of course, they really don't have to do anything more than say, "It's not true" and it will all go away. Right?

When the Justice Department publicly declared torture "abhorrent" in a legal opinion in December 2004, the Bush administration appeared to have abandoned its assertion of nearly unlimited presidential authority to order brutal interrogations.
