Religion and Politics

2008-style.  Allow me a bit of analysis. Superficial, to be sure, but analysis, just the same.  Bring It On blog notes that the Christian far-right folks are having some problems.  Leadership problems, philosophical problems...you name it.


A crumbling Christian right?

Perhaps that is why former Arkansas Governor, Mike Huckabee, seems to be getting some darn good press these days. He is, even according to his critics, more of a moderate than many evangelicals.  As this piece in The New Republic (yeah, I know--right wing media) notes, even Bill Clinton turned to him for help in moderating a potential crisis - (via Arkansas Times Blog) - you'll find the link there.
