Ready. Set.

Go!  The weekly race to the weekend is underway!  We finally broke out of our cloudy, dreary, stretch of weather, with some sunshine appearing by mid-morning. Even if it is a temporary respite, I'll take it! 


I try to keep an eye out for authors who have kind things to say about the part of the United States that we call home: the South. Seldom has anyone written anything as complimentary as what Ed Lasky of The American Thinker posted this morning:
