It's Thursday, the day in the week that we like to think is connected directly to Friday. Just close your eyes and it'll be here before you know it! Let's see what we can find to spice up the evening, shall we? By the way, posting may be a bit lighter than usual this evening - we adopted a pup from the shelter last year and just discovered that she has heartworms. She was at the vet all day for the first of a series of treatments. So, we're spending a bit of extra time with her this evening. Depending on how much attention she needs, I'll try to find the best of the best to post. At the very least!
We're going to begin close to home. You know, I often look to local blogs for some real insight into national stories. We have a great example to start things off tonight. As most regular readers know, we're in Arkansas. Our former governor, Mike Huckabee, is a presidential candidate. How's he doing?
