Enough with the rain! We're into day two and it's showing no signs of moving out quickly. I'm ready for some sunshine. Thanks to Jack Cafferty for brightening my day with a bit that pretty much mimics my feelings: it's very frustrating to see requests for more and more money for the Iraq War and for whatever's going on in Afghanistan, yet we can't come up with smaller amounts to help people here at home.
