Bye-Bye Analog

You knew it was coming. You've warned repeatedly. Some folks have probably tried to really scare you - telling you that you'll be forced to buy a new, digital, TV once the conversion from analog to digital happens in 2009. That ain't the way it works, folks! Unless you still use rabbit ears or an outdoor antenna to get your television.  Even if you do, you'll be able to get a relatively-inexpensive box to make the fancy new signal work just fine on your old clunker of a TV.  If you subscribe to cable or satellite, you won't even notice the change. So, take a deep breath and calm down.  Even though Best Buy is jumping way ahead of the curve...You have thought they could have dumped the old sets at some cut-rate price, wouldn't you?
