I've mentioned before that I tend to line up with Dan Rather in his lawsuit against CBS, if for no other reason than to see what comes out during discovery. I think some of the documents could be most interesting. Here's Ted Koppel's take on it all -

Rather Gives "The Impression He Will He Will Call The President As A Witness"
Former "Evening News" Dan Rather choked back tears on several occasions today when discussing his decision to file a lawsuit against CBS and he left many audience members with a sense that he may call President George W.
