Overcrowded and Overworked

It's a sad state of affairs at military medical facilities across America.  It should be a commonsense equation - if you're sending more men and women into action, you're going to need to fund their care (and the care of their families).  Obviously, that's not the way it's being done.

From gynecology to internal medicine, this hospital on the grounds of Fort Stewart, the biggest Army base in the South, is overwhelmed. Too many patients are demanding too many services from a medical facility with too few doctors and too little space. Military families complain they can't get in to see a doctor.
