Washington seems preoccupied lately with finding "Czars" to help run the country. First, it was the search for a "War Czar". I guess that one is still technically underway, although nobody's taking the bait. The administration did have some success in finding somebody new to become the "Food Czar", though. That's right. We now have a "Food Czar".
