Unconscionable. Unjustifiable.
Bush is fond of saying that “history will judge” him on the Iraq war. In other words, if we are just patient and wait around for a decade or two or three, Iraq will suddenly blossom into a candyland of unicorns and rainbows; all of us grumpy Iraq naysayers will be proven to be so, so wrong, and he’ll finally be recognized as the #1 Best President of All Time, Ever.
