"Fundamental responsibility" for Walter Reed lies with Bush and Rumsfeld

Today's NY Times editorial on Walter Reed eviscerates George Bush for his overall role in that scandal, the lies about supporting the troops and the disaster that is the Iraq war. Says so much in just a few succinct paragraphs: "There is plenty of blame to go around. Officials at Walter Reed were egregiously negligent.
