The Plan Comes Together

We're learning more and more about what might be in the latest version of the Economic Stimulus plan the Senate is working on. Still, the debate in Congress seems to be just beginning to heat up. There has to be agreement from both sides of the aisle, but you're never going to get full bipartisan agreement on anything dealing with the economy, are you?  I don't think so, at least not in the current economic climate. Still, it's crucial that they all manage to work together enough to get a plan that really DOES something - beyond handing out billions to banks.
