That Al Qaeda in Iraq that Bush keeps talking about "did not exist before the Sept. 11 attacks"

Bush loves to talk about Al Qaeda. But, no surprise, he doesn't get his facts right. Because, basically, he fostered the creation of the Al Qaeda that exists in Iraq.
